By using VavaHost services, you agree to these terms. Our hosting services are provided "as is" and we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, spam distribution, malware hosting, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are billed in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans.
4. Service Level
We guarantee 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Service credits may be issued for extended downtime beyond our SLA.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your service at any time through your client dashboard.
6. Data Backup
Weekly backups are included with all plans. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.
7. Limitation of Liability
VavaHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
