Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
By using VavaHost services, you agree to these terms. Our hosting services are provided as is, and we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam distribution, malware hosting, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
3. Payment Terms
Fees are billed in advance. Late payments may result in suspension.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The guarantee applies to a customer's first eligible paid hosting purchase and begins on the service activation date. Each customer may use it only once. Renewals, upgrades, add-ons, wallet top-ups, domain fees, licences, and third-party services are excluded. The guarantee does not apply to accounts that violate these terms, involve fraud, misuse service resources, or use multiple accounts to claim it more than once. All refund requests are subject to eligibility verification. When a refund is approved, the related subscription and service will be cancelled.
5. Service Level
We target 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Service credits may be issued for extended downtime covered by our service agreement.
6. Account Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request cancellation at any time through your client dashboard.
7. Data Backups
Weekly backups are included with hosting plans, but you remain responsible for maintaining independent copies of important data.
8. Limitation of Liability
VavaHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, to the extent permitted by law.
